| Here are Galileo's sketches of Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Venus. He also sketched Jupiter's moons, sunspots, The Beehive cluster, M44, the Pleiades, M45, and the stars near Lambda Orionis (Orion's head) Over the next several years, I hope to recreate all of his observations using my 70mm Televue Ranger refractor. |
